About Brotzeit

Originated in Singapore since 2006, Brotzeit® is the world’s only German franchise concept introducing a unique New German dining experience – premium German beers and authentic Bavarian cuisine in a chic and contemporary setting.

“Brotzeit®” is a typical Bavarian expression – “Brot” being German for bread and “Zeit” for time, referring to a cozy meal complemented by fresh beer.

Expect authentic German dishes carefully crafted from only the best ingredients, your favourite German beer served up to perfection, in an environment that eludes what we Germans refer to as ‘Gemütlichkeit’. – It’s that warm, friendly, and fuzzy vibe that you get when a place feels just right.

Brotzeit is one of the world’s leading franchised German casual dining concepts, currently operating 13 outlets in five countries.

Besides our four corporate owned outlets in Singapore, we have successfully established a strong regional franchise footprint in Asia-Pacific since 2010.

Hong Kong (3 outlets), China (2 outlets), Philippines (2 outlets) and Australia (2 outlets). More are in the making.

Despite of CoVid hitting the F&B industry hard the world over, Brotzeit as a brand has not only shown great resilience to crisis but come out of it stronger.

In November 2012, Brotzeit was awarded the Singapore ‘Franchisor of the Year’ by the Franchising and Licensing Association (FLA) of Singapore.
